The short version

Cancel anytime in Settings → Account. Access continues through the paid period.
1. When you're eligible for a refund
You can request a refund within 14 days of payment if all of the following are true:
- check_circle The product has a technical defect that prevents you from using a core feature
- check_circle You've contacted hola@enfo.ca and we've been unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe
- check_circle You haven't violated the Terms of Service
2. Examples of eligible cases
- check_circle The app crashes on launch on a supported Mac and we can't reproduce or fix it
- check_circle Transcription returns blank or garbled text for everyone, not just one user's setup
- check_circle A described feature is missing or fundamentally broken
- check_circle You were double-charged or charged in error
- check_circle A successful payment didn't deliver an API key after a reasonable wait + a support ticket
3. When refunds don't apply
- block You changed your mind — that's what the 7-day free trial is for
- block You didn't read the system requirements before buying
- block Your Mac is on macOS 14 or older (we require macOS 15+)
- block Past 14 days from the original payment
- block You violated the Terms (sharing keys, abuse, reverse engineering)
- block Partial refunds for unused months of a subscription you forgot to cancel
4. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your $14.99/mo subscription at any time:
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
48-hour exception. If a renewal charged you and you cancel within 48 hours of the charge without using the new period (zero dictations), email us — we'll refund the renewal as a one-time courtesy.
5. How to request a refund
Subject line "Refund request" gets it routed fastest.
The email used at checkout, approximate purchase date, and a one-line description of the issue.
Either with a fix attempt, a question, or refund confirmation.
Returned to the original payment method.
6. After a refund
When a refund is processed:
